First phase is the enquiry phase. Customer send us enquiries and we reply through the email address our customer provided, giving the information you seek and gain more in sight of our customer's needs. Generally our customers require 2-4 forth and back email enquiries before decisions are made.
After our you satisfy with every aspect, we will send out invoice regarding your order. Customers are expected to have already hand in all the materials at that point, whether in video, script, etc... for fully utilize the project.
Second phase is the billing phase, customers clear the invoice using payment method available. Once we confirm the transaction, we will send out official confirmation letter of your order. At that moment, your project starts.
Third is the production phase. Production period varies depend on your project size and complicity. Actual date of release will be stated in the confirmation letter. Generally speaking, the music will be delivered via your email generally around 7 days, a link will be provided for download. However, the link will only available for another 7 days.
To provide you with hassle free payment methods, we ease you up with the following ways to pay for your charges:
For local customers, you are advised to make payment through direct or inter bank transfer, via online banking or ATM deposit.
For international customers, you can make payment with credit cards, American express, or paypal money through Paypal.
Customers are required to write the invoice number in the remark column of their fund transfer.
For bank transfer payment, please ensure that you save a copy of the successful transaction detail showed to you after the payment and email to us as proof of payment.
If you pay using Paypal, no payment details needed, as we will be automatically notified.
After confirmation letter has sent to you, your project has already started. A buffer time of 8 hours are tolerated for cancellation of order. If cancellation email is not received within 8 hours, your project is still on. We will refund 50% of the fee if the project is canceled.
Customers are advised to be consistent with their decision because it will affect the outcome of the production and overall satisfaction. We will however, provide as much help as possible regarding your situation.
You will receive whatever music/video file format we agreed upon. It will be stated clearly in the confirmation letter. The music will be delivered via your email generally around 7 days, a link will be provided for download. However, the link will only available for another 7 days.
We build our reputation through your satisfaction. Minimal changes are allowed. However, customers are strongly advised to fully state all the detail requirements and hand out all the materials that you think is helpful for us to service you, prior agree on the project. It will make us look bad if you don't.
You are not required to include a composer credit in your project, although it is standard industry practice to do so. However, you may not claim any work as your own, you are also prohibited to sell the music you received from us in any forms.
The appropriate credit information is supplied on the music download page. You should generally give credit to the composer of the music.
It is standard industry practice to provide performance rights organizations with a list of tracks included in your project. If you use a track in a project that is broadcast or distributed publicly for profit (ie in a theatrical release, or on any kind of free or cable television network) you must file a cue sheet with us AND with the appropriate agencies. A cue sheet is a document that lists all the music used in a project, allowing organizations like MACP, BMI, ASCAP, and SESAC (and others worldwide) to properly compensate composers for performances of their work. It shows the length of the music used, the track's title, the composer and publisher of the music, and where it was used in the film, and has some general information about the project. Generally, the producers of a project will file these sheets with performance rights societies. There is no cost involved to send in a cue sheet.
